Introduction of Satellite Operation training

Training topic：Training on installation and commissioning of 2.4-meter satellite remote stations for access to the network；

The training in 2023 was conducted in 2 batches, organized by the Company's Personnel and Administration Department, with the active participation of many employees from each marketing department, the Product Department and Engineering Operations and Maintenance Department.

Training mode and main content: Combine the theory and practice. The main contents including: from recognizing the equipment, accessories, making auxiliary materials, to the assembly of antennas, the use of satellite equipment, the configuration of satellite modem, access to the network, and the dismantling of the equipment, packing and transport precautions, etc..The trainees participate in the operation of the entire exercise, and all of them complete the examination one by one. In the end, all of the trainees are qualified in this assessment.

Training effect and feedback

Through this training, the trainees have gained a deeper understanding of the satellite communication business. They have generally mastered the operation and maintenance methods of antenna installation, understood the basic process of satellite Internet access and the difficulty of the project site execution. For the future work, this also played an important role in improving their ability to cope with this kind of business. At the same time, the communication and interaction among the employees of each departments during the training period will also be conducive to the future cooperation between the team and the enhancement of work efficiency.
