      Guangxi Hualibo Broadcasting Culture and Media Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Broadcast International Network Limited. It is mainly responsible for radio and television programme production and operation, film distribution, audio and video product production, and live Internet technical services. It has recently released a live streaming IP for Thailand. Because of the bad Internet access, the on-site network cannot transmit content across the border, and the live broadcasters cannot introduce products normally in the live broadcast room so as to generate revenue from online merchandise transactions, etc., which seriously hinders e-commerce publicity and attraction. So the live network problem is in urgent need of a solution.

      As a comprehensive international communications service provider with a value-added telecommunications license and a VPN value-added service license, since the establishment in 2007, we have focused on providing qualified international communication services and overseas localized operation and maintenance services for Chinese enterprises and organizations going overseas.

      The two parties signed the SD-WAN cross-border live business cooperation agreement in December 2022.
